STABILTRAK material – stabilization of ballast

As a result of the operation of railway infrastructure, unwanted movement and landslides of ballast occur. Most often this applies to places in transition zones between the embankment made of crushed stone and the rigid ground of engineering structures, in places of level-crossing, unwanted crossings tracks by people, or within turnouts and curves with a small radius. Negative impacts can be reduced by using a material based on polyurethane resins that stabilizes the track ballast.
